Once a prospect is close to 20% bb rate, he is no longer being challenged. Obviously a small sample, but if it continues for a few more weeks, it's not long until a promotion. Devers won't be in Portland too long IMO, especially since he defense is solid.

Rain delay in Portland. No rain here in Portsmouth, though. Hopefully they get today's game in because tomorrow looks fugly.

EDIT: Doh! Rain delay was in Reading. Now postponed. Not sure what Reading looks like tomorrow, but New England will be rainy. Where is Rainy Lara when you need him?

Stephen Nogosek piling up the saves in Greenville. Now nine out of ten SVO. I've been interested hm since he was drafted as a reliever out of Oregon. Unusual, as most RPs are converted starters.
