That was a gritty, gutty veteran second K by Davis. Sabathia threw exactly one strike in that AB.

Either this radar gun is way fast or both Sabathia and ERod are throwing harder than they have all year. Sabathia hit 94 against Devers and ERod just hit 96 against Gardner. I was thinking the gun is fast.

Benny better be safe. Safe or not, with no outs you HAVE TO KNOW you can make it.

The Bonehead running Bosox strike again, safe or out. That was simply not OK - one of the reasons so many of our rallies have died this year

Farrell will quadruple down on stupidity. Actually, it's probably the 100th time he'll be asked about stupid baserunning where he defends it.

I guess the players just have free reign to run the bases at will. Beyond being just aggressive.

Xander is simply killing them once again - needs to be dropped way down. Vazquez, Hanley (yes, I am saying that!), Devers, etc should be hitting higher than he is.

So much for not reversing nonconclusive replay. I thought it was clear he was out. The laces of the glove hit the shirt before Beni's hand was in.

Are they Yankees now out of challenges? They've challenged twice even though both were reversed. Red Sox one successful challenge.

i hate to say it, but I knew X was going to be first pitch swinging on that last at bat. I would have bet my last dollar, given his first at bat.

Silver lining? CC is at 52 pitches and we are in the third. They really need to get to deep counts to get him out of there ASAP

Did the same ump get a call overturned at 2B twice in the same inning?
