Bah. My bad.
In other news, Austin Glorius posted a tweet yesterday that would seem to indicate he might begin a rehab assignment today. Hell of a rehab effort for a guy who was supposed to be done for the year.

Elih Marrero was assigned to the GCL team and is starting along with Milligan, Casas, and Northcut. Ok, this is weird. Milligan, who is listed as a catcher on Soxprospects is starting in CF today. Typo? Or the world’s weirdest position change?
Any more news on Flores? Haven’t heard anything about him since someone said he was in Fort Myers.

I believe he fractured his ankle or something along those lines.

By the way, working "promising", "offered the possibility", and "allowing impressive ___" into the same sentence is peak Alex, no?

That's like a 9.25/10 Speier Score. To get a 10/10 he'd need a Bannister quote about Glorius's cutter.

But he'd only get a 8.5/10 from the East German judge

1) Elih Marrero making his pro debut.
2) Triston Casas at third for the first time.
3) C Lane Milligan is... playing center field???
Weirdness aside, seeing something like this makes sense. Until draftees Perez, Decker, and Ramsey start playing, they have just 3 outfielders on the roster. They've run the same Abreu-Hernandez-Chad Hardy outfield out every game so far. Wouldn't surprise me to see a catcher get time at 1B soon as well, as Petit has started every game (yes, Casas at 1B also potentially an option, but my bet is they want to just play him at 3B and DH him for now as he adjusts to The Grind).

Yasel Santana with a second-straight nice start after a nondescript but fine DSL debut last year as a reliever.
Looking at the Lowell and GCL rotations, I'm wondering if part of the reason the Red Sox stayed away from HS arms this year is that they've already got a bunch of guys they need to get innings at those levels that they're happy with. Seeing guys like Montero and Santana come up from the DSL and have (very early) success would seem to square with that, if that were, in fact, the case.

Multiple sources, including the SP Twitter Feed, are reporting Triston Casas left the game today with a thumb injury. The severity of the injury is not yet known. Hoping it is a minor thing. The one thing the system does not need is another top ten player with a lost season. Jeez.

OK I guess we'll leave this here to prevent having to do this all day, but there's already been a lot of Casas discussion and it's been moved to its own thread.

I realize Ryan Brasier is considered depth but, he's putting up decent numbers as the PawSox closer.
Cottam with his first pro HR.
