Neat tidbit:
The middle name of Antoni Flores: Daniel. Yes, his name is almost the same as the late Daniel Flores. Makes me root extra hard for him.

Duran and Cottam now showing up on the Greenville roster.

The correctly assumed typo of Erick Flores pitching in yesterday’s DSL game was corrected. It was actually Yoelvis Guedez. Flores is behind the plate in today’s game.

Following up yesterday's removal from the GCL game, Antoni Flores is the DH for today's game.

Jared Oliver called up to Portland. 62 Ks in only 48.2 innings. Opposing batters only hit .209 against him. But that’s offset by the 47 walks he’s given up.

With the Oliver, Duran, and Cottam moves Salem is currently three men short and Greenville is two men over.

I wonder if Chris will be able to get a look at him before he's promoted again.

I predict he’ll get about 5 innings in Salem
He will strike out 9 and walk 1

I wonder if Chris will be able to get a look at him before he's promoted again. No weekend series my way for any affiliate the rest of the year, I don't think. I know they're in Frederick soon but it's midweek and I'm even further away now that I'm working in Alexandria.

Jake Romanski catching in Salem's game, so he got sprung from Lowell--I didn't see that in the last day's flurry of moves.

Looks like Jake Thompson is out for Algenis Martinez after 2/3 of an inning. Any word on if its injury? (Summoning Ben to the chat hahaha )

Home run number 26 for Bobby Dalbec. Gets off to a good start in August after stumbling to the end of July.
Also a home run for Granberg down in Lowell. He’s hitting .361 since the beginning of July, up to .309 on the year. He’s another guy that I’d expect to see in Greenville before the end of the year.

They are in rain delay but it's an official game if stopped, Sox down 4-2 in the 7th.

Dalbec First Half .218 .351 .477 .828 Second Half .311 .400 .697 1.097
Nearly identical 32% K rate though. I still thinks hes trade bait at best.
