Felt that one coming. This bullpen is going to cost the Red Sox a World Series.

Well, you could see that coming.
Eovaldi pitches his heart out for 6 innings and it took all of 1/3 of an inning for the bullpen to destroy the lead.
Took what could have been a joyous clinching night and turned it into crap.
Not the end of the world, but damn I wanted to party tonight!

Welp. Pissed away another great start. If there’s anything to complain about this season it’s that, if only becauseso many playoff games are tied or 1-run games late.

it really feels like you can't trust any of them for any extended length of time.

I really, really don't trust this bullpen and I like Workman and Brasier. Whenever the pen comes in I expect the game to get hairy or slip away.

I don't see how this bullpen is going to stand up when it's October and they're facing great teams on the road and their crowds are going crazy.

I asked Bill Koch about this Red Sox specialty of giving leadoff walks, his response is quit frightning. #WalkCity
Bobby Poyner must be in the bullpen come playoffs time.

Can't help but remember the great Tiger team that DD put together a few years ago which had only one weakness - the bullpen. I remember Ortiz hitting that home run as if it were yesterday. I thought of that when Walker hit that one out.

I thought of that when Walker hit that one out. I thought of the Mark Tiexeira home run to spoil the Red Sox party a couple of years ago. I’m feeling a sweep these next few days. Won’t cost the Red Sox the division, but I wanted it to end tonight. Hope I’m wrong.

The bullpen needs to understand that you just can’t walk the leadoff hitter and we do it alot

How many times is that tonight with a runner on 3rd less then 2 outs and NO runs? 3 infield Pop-outs?

Look what Buttrey did in Pawtucket and has continued to do at the major league level...this team could reallllly use that guy, and he was in our system for most of the year.

1 for 7 with runners in scoring position tonight. Yeah everyone thrashing the bullpen but no mention of the terrible job with RISP tonight. Dombrowski cant build a team who can score with RISP!

Yeah these walks just aren't helping late in games. Neither is leaving men on third base with less than 2 outs going to help either.

where's Ty Buttrey when you need him Closing games in LA? Williams Jerez has been far less successful.

Gee you guys are acting like we have 103 losses or something. Cheer up, there's close to zero pressure to even win a game this series.
