Funny, I thought of this song on his first start but thought it was a bit of a stretch.

PawSox will be lucky to get their game in tonight.
The IL scheduling the same team to make two road trips to Syracuse in April is not really great planning.

FWIW, Bobby Dalbec has lowered his K% to 27.3% early on this season. Still too early to make any assumptions, but he’s trending in the right direction. Walk rate is above 20% too.
But he’s popping up a lot more than usual. Not squaring up and driving the ball

Salem in Frederick may get rained out as well (which might mean I get 3 games this weekend, so... not complaining. Also wouldn't mind getting a look at recent Exile on Lansdowne St. fantasy baseball draft pick Hall.)

Fun fact: there’s only two people on the Greenville roster with K% under 30% (Jordan Wren-20.5 and Grant Williams-9.3).
Notable prospects on Greenville:
Esplin-41.7% Cottam-38.2% Casas-37.5% Brannen-34.7% Suarez-34.0% Howlett-31.4% Granberg-30.0%

Funny, I thought of this song on his first start but thought it was a bit of a stretch. I didn't (because I completed forget my basic Spanish pronounciation) until Hatfield mentioned this. Then that's the first thing I thought of, too. Me say Bay, Me say Bay, Me say Bay.

They're probably going to bang it and play 2 one day this weekend.

Tendler making his IF debut at 2B, Netzer debuting at 3B. Let's get weird.

I'm a little bit surprised they're scheduling it for tomorrow rather than when the PawSox are back in June.

Not usually. I wonder if there's an event or promotion or something.

Aaron Perry posted an Instagram story of him pitching today, with the caption: "been waiting 343 days to be back doing this". Looks like he's back throwing.

Are we sure there’s nothing physically wrong with Denyi Reyes? In 155 innings last year, he walked 19 batters. He’s walked half that many already in only 13 innings.

Yes, it’s still early and yes, he is facing better hitters, but that’s still a significant difference. He’s gonna settle down eventually but his performance so far has been incredibly out of character.

Netzger and Chatham both continuing to make noise in Portland. They each had a pair of hits tonight.

Feltman start hasn't been what I was expecting from someone who I thought could compete for a major league in ST! Still plenty of time to right the ship.

Bello with probably his best outing for Greenville to date: 5IP 5H 0ER 0BB 5K
Yorvin Pantoja and Rio Gomez also combining for 4 perfect innings in relief with 7 Ks
