Turns out that Devers' is just the second most impressive homer of the last 5 years for opposite-field power.
If you go to 1:30 on this video, you will see the only HR since 2015 hit over 450' that went further than Devers' (464' vs. 458'), and the only homer over 450' hit further to the opposite field (5.3 degrees versus 5.0).
There have been only 6 homers of 450+ feet and 2.0+ degrees opposite; Williamson is first in both, and Devers is second in both (tied at 458 with Mark Trumbo, but his was 2.7 degrees). Wil Myers (456, 4.7), Joey Gallo (454, 2.9), and Khris Davis (451, 4.9) have the others.
Of course it's baseball that the only guy of the 6 who's not an established slugger has the best homer.
In theory it would be possible to adjust Expected Distance for Launch Direction to get an Impressiveness metric, but Launch Direction doesn't appear to show up when you download full-data spreadsheets at Baseball Savant.
