Someone needs to show Chris Sale this story. Sale should add in a couple of milk shakes to wash down the two steaks while he's at it.

Two steaks a day? Between the steaks and the Metameucil he needs to wash them through his colon, he must be spending his entire minor league salary.

Red Sox: Luis Perales, RHP (No. 12) Perales' fastball began reaching 95 mph a month after he signed for $75,000 out of Venezuela in 2019 and now tops out at 99. He also has a mid-80s slider with two-plane depth at its best, but he's not especially physical and could wind up in the bullpen down the road. He just turned 20 three weeks ago and has a 6.75 ERA with 11 strikeouts in 12 innings in Single-A

Every time I listen to the podcasts there entertaining. I especially appreciate when the other reporters join like Alex Speier and Jim Callis.
Just wondering I always felt Ian Browne has always been fair to the Red Sox. He has no agenda. Do u think he could ever join a podcast?
To me the podcasts are great , just always wondering.

theathletic.com/4519860/2023/05/15/red-sox-notes-ryan-brasier-done/At the bottom of this article today, Jen gives some injury updates. No timelines yet on the shortstops or Duvall. Story is throwing at 75 feet and swinging a bat. Chang was swinging off a tee on Saturday. Mondesi's check up last week was OK but "Right now he is explosive, but not at the level that he's maybe used to" Cora said. Arroyo is tracking pitches but not taking grounders, will need longer than the 10 days. Duvall has the cast off, tracking pitches but no baseball activities. Whitlock rehab starts Tuesday and Sunday for Worcester. Kutter will follow Whitlock on Tuesday, if that goes well he will be in SD this weekend. Sorry bosoxnation, nothing on Mikey Romero.
