Does Munoz have to go on the 40 man if it's a COVID related transaction?

194 miles from Buffalo to Cleveland, three hour drive. Are they in a car, or would John Henry scramble a NetJet?

Does Munoz have to go on the 40 man if it's a COVID related transaction? No. The MFY did the same with LaMarre and Allen when they were hit by Covid.

Arroyo seems to be an IL magnet. Unbelievable how many ways he gets stuck on it.

Roster is currently showing 39 players - with Munoz, and with Kiké and Arroyo off.

When Kiké comes back, they'll have to shed a guy: Mata to the 60-day, Santana, or Potts or Rosario. They also need a space for Brasier if and when it looks like they can use him in the pen, and for DeShields if and when he'll be useful on the post-season roster as a pinch-runner.

I really hope they don't burn service time with Mata. He's a Kalish level injury magnet. Of theother three, the only one with a non-zero chance of seeing Boston is Santana.
