I'm taking my family to Fort Myers Beach this week on vacation and we'd like to visit at XST for a day or two (and to meet/watch Papi, as my daughter is a huge fan). What is the protocol? What time do workouts/games start?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I've never been to XST, but I assume it's the same as regular ST. Workouts start around 8 am and go to about 11:30 or noon. Then players start coming back out around 12:45 for 1:00 games. This week would probably be intrasquad, if they're started yet. Only issue I could see is that some players did seem to get a break to go home, but it seems like they are headed back to FTM today.
You can basically come and go as you please, no tickets or special access needed. You can talk to the players freely. Just stay on the right side of the fences when drills and games are going on. Kids can ask for autographs, but the players get pissed when adults ask for autographs.

Went to XST today. No Papi. Pleasant day (mid 80s, with a slight breeze).
Watched most of an XST game vs. TB. Below is best of my recollection. Looked like a number of the players had played in a morning game (presumably, when Papi hit).
Pitchers - Dioscar Romero (3IP), Daniel McGrath (2IP), Luis Ortega (2IP)
Lineup - Manuel Margot (DH), Cleuluis Rondon (2B), Mitch Maier (CF), Alixon Suarez (C), Matt Gedman (3B), Nathan Minnich (1B), Raymel Flores (SS), Iseha Conklin (RF), Mike Meyers (LF)
Subbed in - Wendell Rijo, Carlos Coste
Batting in the cages - Kapstein, Mager, Davies, Rodriguez, Heller
Also seen - Larson, Sopilka, Jerez, Mercedes
Did not see - Lin, Perez, Colorado, Lopez, Loya, Bishop, Brisco
Some quick observations:
1. Margot: Unfortunately, because of Maier, he did not see the field but I definitely agree with the offensive portion of the scouting report. He was 2/3 with two up-the-middle singles and then took first-to-third in the first inning. He was doubled off on a line drive by Rijo (who I was surprised to see, since I thought he was playing in the DSL - and may still be) in the 6th, before I left.
2. Suarez: Offensively, he didn't do much but controlled the running game. He threw out two runners and nearly a third (the ball was mishandled). No idea of pop times. Also, he looks bigger than the listed 6'1 180 (in a good way).
3. Romero/pitchers: He looks all of his 6'3 230 (and not in a good way). He pitched effectively in the lower half of the zone but got hit when he elevated into the zone. Was more impressed with Ortega and less impressed with McGrath. Did not have access to a gun but seemed to me that velocities were Ortega, Romero and McGrath, in order.
Not much else to mention, except Rondon made a nice defensive play, ranging to his right and making a strong throw. Minnich hit a home run down the right field line.
