Seemed appropriate to start a new thread for this. Bobby Doerr turns 95 years old today. There's a good story in the Portland, Oregonian about Doerr and his annual birthday visits to a car dealership in the small town of Junction City, Oregon a little north of Eugene. Don't know that he has a Facebook page. If he did, I'd be on there to which him the best. And while his good buddy Johnny Pesky died last year, he's not alone by any means as the story makes clear.
