The AA game begins at 6:35 and the low-A game begins at 7:05.
Hernandez is starting for Pawtucket instead of Wright (Wright was announced post-game last night). Ortiz is listed in the starting lineup at DH.

FYI, per Tim Britton, Wright is not with the PawSox this morning.
Per Peter Gammons, Hanrahan is going on the DL.
Separately, Ortiz believes he'll be ready to be called up on Friday.

I wonder if Wright gets the start in Cleveland and Aceves moves back to the pen?

Doubt it.
Ortiz Ks on a 3-2 pitch in his first PA. (Holt single, Iglesias DP grounder before that). No score, end 1st.

What's the plan for Ortiz? Get some ABs today and tomorrow rest on Thursday and play Friday? Looking like he'll get less than 20ABs.

Hernandez with an extremely efficient start (gets seven in a row, then a single, and a pickoff) but... Error, single homer and pawsox down 3-2

IIRC, Papi has a financial incentive to get back by Friday. I think they ought to have made it a sliding scale so it didn't force a decision on a given day. Dumb if he comes back and then hurts it again.

Nice to see Britton isn't the unmitigated disaster he had been. He seems to have recovered some of what made him such an exciting prospect after his Greenville season.
There really is a staggering amount of exciting pitching in this system.
Also, Xander with a pair of singles. Baby steps.

Sean Coyle seethes from the dugout, wondering why he wasn't allowed to hit four home runs today.
Actually hasn't played the last two nights. Anyone know what's up? Leads the system in XBH.

Jonathan_Singer RT @evanlepler Don't worry about Sean Coyle, folks. Salem's 2nd baseman has a jammed thumb, but he insists he's fine. He'll be back soon.

Maddox with an impressive outing - 5IP, 5H, ER, 5/0 K/BB, 7/2 GO/FO, 62 pitches, 45 strikes Then they let him start the sixth. Pop-out, walk, single, then he comes out and Ortega lets both guys score. 5.1, 6, 3, 3, 1, 5. This is why we continually say you need to look past the box score, folks. Nice outing looks kind of mediocre if you just looked at the final line in passing. Exhibit B is Britton's outing tonight. Cruised through first two. Stranded two singles in the third. 1B-3B-BB-(WP)-1B leads to three runs in the fourth, but settled back in for the fifth and stranded a walk. Not dominant, but lots to like with final 5.0, 6, 3, 3, 1, 7 line.
