No thoughts on Perales wasting away there, other than he’s just chilling there and having a good time and pitching pretty well. Trying to keep it light and fun. Paulino 2 for 3 with a walk and a double. He struggled a lot in the beginning of the season but has come on strong the last several weeks and now has a solid .258/.341/.426 line for a 20/21 year old that can play some defense.

Paulino 2 for 3 with a walk and a double. He could just be on a streak of missing left-handed pitchers. .635 OPS vs. LH, in only 53 AB, so nothing extreme. .886 OPS for the month of August so the streak has some legs. |

Paulino is up to .301/.392/.516 in 52 games since June 22. 16 doubles and eight homers in that stretch, 22.6% K rate, 12.4% BB rate. So yeah, he's been on a solid run for awhile now.
