Right now the Sox to the surprise of nearly all of us are 18-7 on April 30th. They play 31 games over the next 30 days. At the end of the 2 game home and home with the Phillies, how many wins will they have? Here's the sked over that span; 3 at Toronto, 3 at Texas, 4 vs Minny, 3 vs Toronto, off 3 at TB, 3 at Minny(Hopefully not snowing), 3 at Chicago White Sox, 4 vs Cleveland, 2 vs Philly and 2 at Philly. 13h and 17a. I'm going to say 17-13 for a total of 35-20. One game past the 1/3 mark of the season.

Presently at 18.
2 @ Tor: 1-1 3 @ Tex: 1-2 4 vs. Min: f it, 4-0 3 vs. Tor: 2-1 3 @ TB: 2-1 3 @ Min: 2-1 3 @ CWS: 2-1 4 vs. Cle: 3-1 2 vs. Phi: 1-1 2 @ Phi (a home and home? freal?): 1-1
so I've got 19-10 for 37 wins? I'll probably step back and go with 35 to account for having just one off-day in there.
Not a lot in this schedule coming up except for the Rangers who are 8-2 at home. 35-20 on May 30 would be nothing to sneeze at.

I'll go 36. They will continue to win if the pitching is as good as it was in April.

Whomever had 33 wins. Two of you wise guys. I had 35. A little too optimistic I guess. We have a tough 23 game stretch coming up. Don't want to do a new poll. But, I'd be happy with 12-11. That would bring us to 45-33. Win 2/3 to finish the first half and we're at 47-34. A wildly successful first half IMO.
3 at NYY 3 VS Texas 3 VS LA Angels 3 at TB 4 at Baltimore 3 vs TB 4 at Detroit

Well, there is tonight. So the 5 people with 34 might actually be the wiser. Pretty sure I had 35, too.
