Love Teel. Everyone sleeping on Noah Song. The Sea Dogs are in Hartford Ct twice this year. For many years there would be one or two players to watch regardless of what Sox minor league team. Sea Dogs have 6-10 players to watch, imo. Farm system is legit, imo.

Anthony, Mayer, Teel, Bleis, cespedes is my top 5 for 2025. If my top 3 is incorrect it either means Anthony Mayer or Teel reached the majors super early and exhausted their prospect status or fell apart. Bleis needs to stay healthy and go out and show his loud tools again and if so he's a shoo-in and at 5 I just like cespedes so thats my 5.

1 - Mayer 2 - Bleis 3 - Yorke 4 - Rafaela 5 - Anthony Wasn't going to post since my picks are so chalky, but no one else thinks Rafaela will still have prospect status heading into 2024? These were chalky but I count it as getting the top 5 right (though not in order) seeing as Kyle Teel was not in the system yet. Should have been higher on Anthony I suppose. For next year I will say: 1) Mayer 2) Anthony 3) Bleis 4) Teel 5) Cespedes These are optimistic rankings: expecting injury bounce backs from Bleis and Mayer, with Anthony and Teel holding their ground. Cespedes feels like the obvious breakout candidate, but I also thought about Gonzalez for this spot. Rafaela graduates.

(1) Marcelo Mayer (2) Roman Anthony (3) Luis Perales (4) Yoenis Cespedes (5) Yordanny Monegro
* Teel, Rafaela, Abreu graduate * Mayer pulls back ahead of Anthony, who consolidates with a merely very good high minors season instead of a great one, and is dinged for the otherworldly expectations he set based off his ‘23. Mayer debuts, Anthony doesn’t. * Bleis has an uneven first full season/continuation of pre-shoulder contact issues * Most of the remaining guys in the current top 20 start to more clearly solidify as relief/bench/second division starter type profiles. * An upside SP breakout changes the organizational outlook, so allow me to dream on two hi A/AA split season breakouts.

My annual deep dive to prove I am clairvoyant..
1 Teel 2 Anthony 3 Mayer 4 Cespedes 5 Sandlin
Rafaela and Abreu flip tassels. Yorke has trade bait written all over him. Bleis struggles, he's still pretty raw.
Zanatello could zoom up with a strong showing Romero could regain the optimism.
