was this a continuation of a suspended game? it says May 22. If so what inning did they start resuming at?

You can tell in the play-by-play by the fact that the two guys on base who aren't on the Drive anymore were replaced by pinch runners who weren't on the team on May 22 at the same time.

A player for team A leaves a game against team B because of an injury. The game is suspended because of rain. He is traded to the other team (team B) before the game is resumed. Can he enter the game for team B when it resumes?
A player for team A is on the field in a game against team B when it is suspended by rain. He is traded to team B before the game resumes. Can he play for team B when the game is restarted?
