Josh Pennington's profile shows him as Rule 5 eligible in 2018. However, his signing with the Sox (7/17/2014) came 11 days after his 19th birthday (b. 7/6/1995). If the signing date is correct, that makes him eligible for the fourth Rule 5 draft after that date, which would be 2017. It's their age on the June 5 preceding their signing, not their age when they sign.

Under the ML rules, the trigger date is not his signing date, it's the June 5 before his signing date. He was not yet 19 on that date.
EDIT: Or what Chris said 9 minutes ago. Left the new post window open too long and got distracted.

Thanks, guys. Brain farts suck. At the risk of further embarrassment and exposure of my dementia, am I missing something on the pages for Daniel McGrath and Simon Mercedes? They're shown as being eligible for the 2016 and 2017 Rule 5 drafts respectively, but the math suggests both should be eligible a year earlier -- as indicated in the Wiki. McGrath: Signed 2/7/2012, was 16 on 6/5/2011, making him eligible for the 5th draft after his signing date (December 2016). Mercedes: Signed 3/2/2012, was 19 on 6/5/2011, making him eligible for the 4th draft after his signing (Decemeber 2015).

On this one, note that they signed after the 2011 Rule 5 draft. It's the 5th or 4th draft after the signing date, so that's why they're eligible a year later than, say, a July 2011 signee would've been.
Actually, on second thought, I think you are right on this one, and the R5 page on the Wiki bears that out.

Are the current rosters going to be set up somewhere?
Oops. I see it under Depth Chart.

In the top 20 list on the front page - Travis Shaw's SLG is actually his OPS. (definitely confused me - was trying to figure out how a guy could have 10 total bases while having only 3 hits and no home runs)

Nick Longhi Do HR's count in postseason? If so during his GCL SEASON he had one vs Tampa and in a playoff game next day in Tampa hit another one oppo to knock the Yankees out of the playoffs. So he actually had two GCL season.

Nope. Postseason stats aren't ever counted in player statistics.

There is an extra "9" after the "3," in the draft slot for 1-7 on the 2015 page.

Not sure if this is a needed correction or done on purpose, but after clicking on some of the links on the header, the page reverts to an old single row header bar. The Stats, podcasts, and daily lneups links do this by my count.

The link was typed in wrong on his page. Replace the word "batter" with "pitcher".

I guess it's the day for finding things that have no business being found.
In the transactions ... for 2005 ... in April ... several transactions are listed as being in 2004.
