Sorry but Mookie is unreal and that has me thinking about a late 2014 call up.
We just need to figure out a way to get him into the lineup with Petey.
I see left or right for now.

Man I like me some Mookie. This kid is amazing! I wonder if he will be in AAA before July?

Sorry but Mookie is unreal and that has me thinking about a late 2014 call up. We just need to figure out a way to get him into the lineup with Petey. I see left or right for now. For Pedroia??? Mookie has had a f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c start. Let's hope it continues. The calendar says it's still April. Unless injured, I still think that Sizemore will be a productive player in LF this year and Victorino will hold down RF for this year and next unless he gets dementia from being hit so many times batting RH. In my mind with Pedroia's long contract, Mookie would have to fit at SS, CF or LF if Sizemore fizzles. Bradley is ahead of him in CF and X is at SS. WMB is doing quite well so far at 3B so there is no need to switch him until Napoli's contract is up....oh and then there's Cecchini at 3B, LF or 1B. Problems, problems. The only way to solve this logjam is by making a trade of possibly Mookie, Cecchini or WMB (Napoli?). The future will definitely be interesting.

Unreal game for Portland. Swihart scored the tying run on Ramos' double in the 8th, after doubling in a run to close the gap to 1, and then homered with two outs to tie the game in the 10th; Mookie homers with two outs in the 14th to tie the game; and, in the 15th, down to their last out and trailing by a run for the third time in extra innings, Ramos knocks in two, including Swihart with the winning run after a key double.
Swihart is up to .344 / .354 / .547.
Shaw is .433 / .514 / .733 in the 7 games since the three rainouts.

Sorry for my late addition. I went to Portland for last nights game and Mookie looked pedestrian on his first few at bats (single through the left side and a couple of ground outs). His second his was a solid liner to to left center. He then stole second base. He played solid defense.
Both Travis Shaw and Henry Ramos had nice nights at the plate, but 2 of Ramos hits were soft. He looks solid and is starting to fill out. I was surprised how well Travis Shaw played third base last night.
The pitching was really poor. Unless Mickey Pena can spot the corners, he does not have much with his FB between 86 and 89 all night. Kurcz was the first pitcher for either side to register FB in the 90s. However, he could not find the plate and that led to all of his runs against.
Sorry for my poor review, but I spend a large portion of the night chasing my two boys around the ball park.

Kukuk has a nice run going. In only one of six starts so far has he given up more than one run. And in all starts he has more k's than in his name.
Lavarnway having a nice run with three hits, pawsox put up seven with one extra base hit.
Margot three for four and he has to be the best number six hitter in low a, with rijo the best eight spot.

I'm having a poor connection everyplace but watched parts of the Greenville game. Kukuk's a strong looking boy, his body type looks like somebody you wouldn't want to piss off. My connection was totally stop and start so I really didn't see much that's useful.

Better than last year, though. Spring training reports were that he was much better, but still waiting to see that consistency in games.

Was a good review. Small detail, that was Rivero then Welch at 3B, Shaw was at 1B where he bobbled a few balls (but not for errors). . . . Travis Shaw ?@travis_shaw21 10h What a game...3 different comebacks in extras, 15 innings, almost 5 hours, and a walkoff? Not how you draw it up but we'll take it #findaway
