It looks cool to see a Greenwell in a Red Sox boxscore.

I'm guessing career guy. He has about 1000 career PA at A+ with roughly .700 OPS. Must like baseball.

Cecchini needs to stop this trait of his of getting 1 hit per game he has fallen into.

Witte is an interesting kid to follow. The right handed first baseman has nice numbers, including power numbers, at Greenville, but he is about 24 and has college experience; too old and experienced for that level or may some talent. This is actually his first full year in the system, and looks like he was a good student.

Swihart 3/5 and now over .300. Rijo hopefully rebounding from the hand injury, and 3 for 4.

Gunkel's first three innings were perfect, and impressively so:
4 K (2 swinging), 2 popups, 2 groundouts, 1 flyout.
His 4th:
2B, GO, RBI 1B, HB, BB, FO, GS HR, FO.
They sent him back out for the 5th: SO, PU, GO.
Resulting in the extremely strange line of 5 3 5 5 1 5. It's hard to give up more ER than H + BB, while fanning 25% of hitters, no less.

I missed most of the second game but Ramos was pinch hit for. Hope he's OK. Mookie and Deven are slumping. 2nd game, 9th inning, tying runner on second no outs, weak Mookie pop out, Morerro strikeout, both on mid nineties low heat then pitching change and Welsh strikeout on all off speed pitches.

Sean Coyle's batting average is now better than Mookie's

If only Coyle could stay healthy for the remainder of the season to see what his batting line could look like. Just when he pops up on the prospect radar again he gets injured and falls out of mind.

Nice start by Chris Hernandez, 7 shutout, 8 K's, 6 groundouts, 3 flyouts
Think he will get a chance somewhere, though pretty much nonexistant in Boston
