Hi, guys. Potentially a stupid question regarding Cody Kukuk's scouting report. At the end of it he is referred to as a "long lead player." I was just curious what this means. |

It implies that he's a raw player who has a long way to be before he's ready for the majors. In other words, he has a long lead time (google "lead time" if that's a phrase you're unfamiliar with).

It wasn't an unreasonable question-- scouting terms are often hard to parse.
