I've seen the Mookie/Xander debate come up on multiple occasions. Obviously we always complete our community rankings, but I don't believe a 25 and under community list has been compiled. Anyway, I was curious as to how you all would rank our top 15 prospects with the inclusion of graduated prospects under 25 years of age (Bogaerts, Betts, Vazquez, Bradley Jr.) and Rusney Castillo (since he's considered a prospect on most other sites). I'll start.
