July rankings update

I think Buttrey is a little high given how brief his success has been. I know the scouting is matching up, but the yo-yo career probably gives me pause to get to excited on him. Otherwise, looks like a good list.

I'll mention again here how much I love this "feature", and while I was initially sad it wasn't every week, I like the added importance and discussion that comes with the monthly updates.
