If you're good with your computer device (quick to cut and paste between an Excel cell and the Baseball-Ref search box, quick to click back on the spreadsheet and type some data in), and are willing to spend some time looking up data that no website provides in tabular form, volunteer here! And we'll figure out how to send the data back and forth.

I will do some. Though I probably wouldn't do much except during my work hours (7am-3pm M-F) and since I work from home and don't have a ton of work lately. I've been trying to stay away from sitting in front of a computer for 16 hours a day. So if you still need help on Monday, I'll be glad to knock a bunch out.

Eric, I'm nursing a ruptured Achilles, so I have some free time, as long as I can find Excel access...I don't have ms office suite on my laptop.

Besides, my days as a quarter miler are long over. I've never tried google sheets but it sounds easy enough. I've certainly got the time.

I could send you a text file, with a comma after each name, and after each one, you could type L or R, a comma, and the height. Trivial to import that into Excel. In fact, that's probably easier than putting the data into spreadsheet columns!

It reads and writes Excel files, and it's free stuff (though throwing them a few bucks helps keep it alive). Works like a champ. I use it all the time.

In fact, that's probably easier than putting the data into spreadsheet columns! Can I just say that it's absolutely crazy how difficult it is to find data for handedness? It seems like such an obvious variable but there's no simple way to run even a basic study on handedness with the data we use all the time available at Fangraphs or BR.
