How many runners are we going to leave on base today? ? Scoring 8 runs through 6 innings is awful, awful, awful. This is unacceptable.

Can't freaking wait til Rutledge's hot streak is over so we can get rid of the scrub off the team. And replace him with who? This is what replacement-level players do.

Would be pretty incredible if they blew two four runs leads in one series.

Rutledge has done some good things this year and some bad things. He's the last position player in the mix...it's to be expected. Hembree definitely deserved a better fate. The issue isn't Rutledge. He's bad. It's not his fault. The issue is we have no true LFer. So the good player we have that should be playing the Rutledge role is a full time, sub-par LFer instead of an top tier utility player. Yes. But Castillo hasn't made the grade and it is hard to pivot from the plan at spring training only 30 - 40 games into the year. Something will give...but I don't think solving this problem is that important a this time in the season.

Of course, Farrell needs his Tazawa fix.

Why on earth is Hembree going through the order a second time?

You make me dizzy. First, it was we need to "rid the scrub (Rutledge) off the team." Then it was, "The issue isn't Rutledge." Do you think the Red Sox will score again today? I need your insight on that.

Why on earth is Hembree going through the order a second time? Because Farrell reads Sox Prospects and Barnes is, therefore, in the doghouse.

Jeez. You must be a blast to watch the game with. Maybe we can deal Benintendi for a quality LF since Holt and his .340ish OBP isn't making the cut.

Swihart was 3-4 today. I hear he has been playing some left field. Maybe the Sox have been anticipating this just a little?

Joe West is a pathetic, lazy slob who should've been canned years ago.
I'm so tired of MLB umps being able to act like punks with zero accountability. They're a much bigger embarrassment to the sport than steroids.
