I just came back from the Empire Restaurant located in the Seaport District. They have $25 Sushi all you can eat. The sushi was very good and I would encourage you all to try it out.

Sorry not familiar with Fukakyu. Also, this special is only good on Monday night.It was very good, with 10 different choices.
