So, Hanley's is completely worthless vs hard throwing RHP isn't he?

Man, Lenny Clarke is annoying. I've never understood the allure. Regional bias, I suppose: "He's unfunny, but he's our unfunny funny man."

The Sandynator setting up the table for Benny Baseball. Our 3-4 hitters next year? Yes or absolutely?

That's why you don't trade the kids for Chris Sale or whatever.

Benintendi's gonna be awesome. What an upgrade he's been. What an outfield.

well, the good news is that if there was one thing that was uncertain, it was his ability to hit the ball hard the other way.

Mookie fouling off a fourth ball is not necessary.

Steve Lyons must be psyched. No rally killing home run, and Pedroia keeps it going with the double.

Sometimes I complain that Sox fans are impatient with the growing pains of watching their prospects develop, but Yankees fans are ten times worse. They want Severino's head off in only his second season. I'm waiting to see how empty the Yankee Stadium will be now that they're going through the full rebuild.

Does anybody know where our hitters went and who these imposters are? They're 3 hours behind.

well, the good news is that if there was one thing that was uncertain, it was his ability to hit the ball hard the other way. He seems like the prototypical lefty who would benefit maximally from the Monster: pull power but good bat control, maybe not a regular HR threat to LF in another park, but who'll wear out the wall Boggs-style. Major doubles and triples threat.

Johnny Damon with a (much) better arm and a better batting eye, but less speed.

With that explanation they just gave for the ground rules, why does the line in CF even exist? Only balls that hit behind that CF wall are HR? I don't think that is true.
