And Mauricio Dubon will continue his assault on Eastern League pitching. They must be so scared seeing his imposing frame in the on-deck circle.

Owens scratched tonight. Perhaps for spot start on Tuesday?

Owens scratched tonight. Perhaps for spot start on Tuesday? If they start tonight's game but cannot finish before five innings, they might need another pitcher if there's a doubleheader tomorrow.

Where do you start Dalbec next year? I'm usually in favor of pushing college players to Salem - especially ones who have dominated to NY-Penn League as he has. But someone with his power but also his swing-and-miss issues might do well for a couple months in Greenville.

Pennington and Ball nice games. Actually almost all wins tonight. Salem sweep.

College bat who succeed at a low level after drafting. Success story

I'd probably start him in Greenville with a very low threshold for moving up. His HR power will be tested by Salem, that's for sure.
