As an obvious prospect fan, I think the game/moment that stands out the most for me was Brian Johnson's complete game. With his family in the crowd, it truly had the feel of a no-hitter and quite honestly, had me sentimental given what the guy has gone through. I made my wife watch the replay of the ending and I after I explained his story, she was similarly moved.......and then confused when I had to explain that it wasn't a no-hitter.

CV's walkoff stands out in my mind - awesome moment. This was my favorite as well. That whole game was so wild, with comebacks against both Miller and Allen. And the fact in we all went in expecting a pitchers duel between Sale and Carrasco and got one of the more entertaining slugfests you'll get.

Was that the game with the magical carom off the wall that Pedey dove for and in one motion tossed to Moreland for the miracle out? If not, that was one other moment that really stood out for me.

Devers home run off Chapman! This was great...definitely a top 3 moment for me. I'm a Seattle resident so my in-person looks were limited to the Sox series at Safeco. That said, Devers' first hit/HR will be the memory that I hold onto from this season for a long, long time.

Raf's homer off Chapman will probably stick out the most when I look back on this season as an old man. I was hysterically laughing with joy and probably looked like a crazy person.

Hmmm. I feel like that carom play wasn't at Fenway, but I'm blanking on where. Someone help us out. EDIT: Also, not a "moment" but my favorite season-long development was Pomeranz turning out to be legit.

Vazquez walkoff. That was absolutely insane and had no business happening.

Greenville Drive winning the Sally for the first time count? Quality people in a quality organization down there.
Specifically, the club's GM going all Stone Cold on top of the mini monster is the moment I remember.

The insanity of this 2017 team winning so many extra innings games this year. Normally I tune out after the 11th because in past years the Sox just collapse in extras, but this year I hung around for many of the "late" games.

Although the video of the Yankee blogger for the Chapman HR was probably my favorite single moment.

Even though it came in a losing effort the Devers inside the park HR vs Houston was pretty damn hilarious.

Good stuff. Anymore?

Godilovethisgame, if you haven't checked out these two games/finishes, I'd start here! The CVaz walk-off game in particular was pretty crazy from start to finish if I recall correctly.

Read this post before making mine. Have watched the highlights of most of these. So far the Devers home run is great. Rookie facing a pitcher throwing 100mph+. ro beat the yankees . Almost can't beat that. Will search for game when Vazquez hits the 3run homer.

I feel like that impossible Devers HR hurt him a little bit as he continually swung at high fastballs (some out of the strike zone) without much success after that.

This game had everything. Pass balls Wild pitches Sale not being his normal dominant self Austin Jackson's catch Kimbrel with a blown save 6 total home runs 11 pitchers used Vazquez catching sale instead of Leon A strike three wild pitch leading to a runner on 1st Vasquez's walk off homerun . Great call ramireja ! Good I love this game!
