We just let them back in the game... need a big basket out of this time out. Can someone please step up and start scoring.

A chance to win. Taking it to 6 or 7 isn’t the same as winning. You said yourself that you’d be “shocked” if the C’s won. To me, “shocked” denotes, idk, 10:1 or worse odds? Maybe 5:1 optimistically? Absolutely, it’s just one game (at home). At the same time, if the Cavs were a truly superior team, this sort of manhandling wouldn’t have happened. Telson, if you had said this after game 2, I would have said you were right and I was wrong. It wouldn't shock me if LeBron goes for 40 with little resistance as the Cavs blow the Celtics out the other way next game. Your reaction came one game too early imo. The Cavs win game 2, nothing has changed in this series. Just turned into a 5 game series rather than a 7 game series. I might be wrong about the series, but I wasn't wrong about LeBron folks. It's all about LeBron trying and not about the Celtics defense on him. LeBron will get his.

I actually feel bad for LeBron. This sh*tty crap roster doesn't deserve him.
You can't ask more from him.

This was one of the best halves I've seen in my life and I'm so goddamn pumped I don't even know what to do. I love this team man.

That totally reminded me of "Despite Michael Jordan's 53 points, the Celtics won yet another playoff game against the Bulls."

Yeah the Celtics are going to the finals. I was wrong about the series, but my LeBron fear is completely justified. What a player he is.

To the point: The Celtics ran them off the court in the second half. That's on Stevens also. Look at how he played the starters in the first half. Fresh legs and the Cavs were toast, they didn't compete.

He wanted them to trade a first for Nance. He wanted them to trade the tough Crowder for Hood. LeBron couldn't make it work with Irving. LeBron needs a Riley or Ainge type GM to save him from himself.

His inability to fully listen to a GM or coach is biggest shortcoming. He never did that in his career. He didn't do it with Spoelstra and Spo is a top 5-ish coach in the league. He gets the players he wants and he QBs the offense, that's just too much for one guy. All because he really wants to chase a guy he isn't going to catch.
