I, for one, am so excited to have the knuckleball back in my life. It’s just such a wonderful, exciting, dependable pitch. For whatever reason, he’s not hard to watch for me. Wakefield was, but Wright isn’t. Other than Eric Van, I might be one of his biggest supporters on the site. Nice catch Christian.

JBJ has the hitch in his swing that he had when he was a rookie again. I just saw it.
He's moving his hands before he swings and that's making it too hard to pull the trigger.

To see Jackie, who’s been a pretty good fastball hitter throughout his career, struggle like this on 91 MPH FB down the middle is difficult to watch.

Makes me actually sad to watch Bradley hit. Middle middle fastballs and he’s lost. I feel awful for him.

They should be able to figure it out, but he may need a few weeks in AAA. I swear this is the problem, he's moving his hands back before he starts to swing and it's making it way too late. He needs to keep his hands still (or moving forward) before he starts swinging.

the organization has to be open minded about replacing Pomeranz in the rotation if this continues for much longer. I'm about done with it now, to be honest. He has no fastball and he can't locate anything. I don't know if this is a lingering effect of an injury or what, but he's not progressing. We're out of the "this is basically spring training for him" period and he's still hurting us.

Put Pomeranz in the bullpen and start Stephen Wright. Been saying this for a week now.

Wright being back to old Wright would be just what we need right now. Let him pitch the rest of the game and stretch out. Pomeranz to the DL to re-grow his fingernails.

Red Sox should probably have 10 runs in this game. Everything is being hit over 100 mph.

I know now he just gave up a dinger, but he made Machado look bad right before that. He’s going to be valuable to this team this year.
