First start in AAA for Teddy? Yup! Don't know if he stays there but he lined up with Haley's start so for now its exciting to see what he can do!

I sincerely hope Teddy can use this start as a turning point. ERA has risen every year since he got to Portland, and this is his third year in AA. He’s not as bad as his numbers say, but he’s just about stalled out in my opinion. He’s a minor league free agent after next season, so he’s running out of time. I love Stank though. He could be a workhorse type pitcher if he figures everything out.

Not sure about the promotions, but they’ve been on fire lately.

Jordan Wren goes down to Greenville and Zach Sterry hits the DL. Two open spots in Salem now. Don't know who fills them

With Wren going down, they finally may bring Cedrola up. ADD: I guess not. Drive’s lineup for tonight is out. Fitzgerald, Acosta, Cmpana, and Lucena are not in the lineup. If I had to put my money on one of them going up, it would be Acosta.

Odd. Raudes went 4 IP, 2 H, and 2 Ks. Didn’t walk anyone, which is good. But left after only 54 pitches. I wonder why.

Anyone know why they haven't put Josh Tobias on the DL yet? He hasn't played since May 29th...

Ouch... tough outings for Beeks, Teddy Stank and O'Linger in their promotions this week. Was at the Seadogs game tonight. O'Linger is a RH slopper with a FB 85-89. But no Koji he. He is organizational fodder Exhibit A. He did not make it thru 3 and had over 60 pitches. Ockimey was not in the weak lineup so there was not much offensive excitement or intrigue. Witte entered the game hitting .333 with 5 hrs and De la Guerra was at .292. It was fun to see McGrath....lefty was 88-90 with his FB (like all our minor league lefties?!), but appeared to have some deception with offspeed stuff.... Uneventful tho beautiful night....
