Has anyone heard anything on Alex Montero? He has not pitched since the 6th and is still showing up on the roster for Salem. Is he injured?

Austin Glorius surfacing in Lowell for an inning (so far): single, DP, lineout. It appears from Gameday that everybody was first-pitch swinging (except Dunn, who took a ball before singling), so he's thrown all of four pitches.

The stats on that record-breaking three-run homer for Dalbec: 109 MPH, 40º launch angle, 414 est. distance.

Little more work for Glorius in the next inning. Flyout, walk, triple, RBI groundout, double, flyout. 34 pitches all told.

A little OT, but just realized Rusney Castillo has a legitimate chance to pass Boggs and Stapleton for most hits in a season for the PawSox.

No idea why he's on the Salem roster, but the Lowell milb roster and transactions have been pretty unreliable for 2-3 years now. They had like 38 active guys at one point this year.

Matthew Gorst continues to impress in Portland. Goes 4 innings of relief and now up to 20 1/3 innings of scoreless relief in AA and has struck out 15 in that span. My point of curiosity is that Gorst had just one appearance in Salem of 3 or more innings. However, 3 of his last four relief appearances in AA have gone 3 or more innings. Are they stretching him out? It would be kind of odd if they did but then again they did it with Chandler Shepherd as well.
