Hopefully these playoffs are proving to Barnes just how good he is. He seems like the type who gets in his own head sometimes.

We should be able to get at least a couple of runs the next two innings with our big guns coming up. That was a big squander by Houston...Bravo, Brasier and Barnes!

Billy Wagner never really figured out the walks and was still an elite closer. Barnes doesn't quite have Wagner's stuff, but it's very good. I'm not thrilled with the idea of him being the closer next year, but I feel like I hate it less than the other apparent options.
