I think they’re due for a run. Just too much talent not to at some point, and it seems like the ST rust is coming off. Not likely, but I still kinda have a feeling.

Otherwise known as, can the Red Sox go 7-3 or better on this homestand?

There is no reason to think RS will be at .500 before June and that will be if the healthy P stays that way and the run scoring becomes consistently good. The infield D should be below average and relief P mediocre. No Eovaldi, Pedroia, JBJ not getting hot after a few months. I just don't see significant improvement I'm not letting the good weekend make things look better than they are.
I think if all goes well--meaning staff usually going 5-- they could be a few games above .500 at the AS break. Betts, Beni, Devers need to pick it up.

I'm going to vote no. The Sox will get there but this is going to be one of those nothing comes easy type seasons. They'll get going eventually but I don't think they'll have anything resembling the long hot stretches they had last season. I think it's going to be an uphill battle and I think the Sox have a reasonable shot at hitting 90 - 93 wins, but I think it's going to be one of those things that goes into May or June before the Red Sox finally shake loose from playing around or just over or just under .500 ball.
