The NYPL transactions list says the Spinners released Brian Brown. Any word on why? Or is anyone surprised/not surprised about this? I realize his stuff in general was not terrific but he had a solid 2018 with Lowell

All the players from extended that are playing in Lowell got to Mass a few days ago, including Flores and Northcut. Danny Diaz is still in Florida.

Adding to this, the site's protection is updated with who we know is in Lowell, save for Diaz who we weren't sure about until today. Here's who I've confirmed Jonathan Diaz Brendan Nail Juan Carlos Abreu Antoni Flores Kelvin Sanchez Bryan Lucas Jose Larez Hildemaro Requena Nick Northcut Gilberto Jimenez Osvaldo De La Rosa Aldo Ramirez

Legit might be the most intriguing Lowell lineup in a while. Add Cannon to that roster and almost every position has someone to watch for.

Feliz with his 4th HR of the season. Albert Feliz and Bryan Gonzalez have been eye opening. Gonzalez with the triple today in a 3-5. It’s only 35 PA or so, but only 3 walks, 8 K. And 6 XBH with 4 HR. Wow, have a START, kid! I’m loving their J2 IFA approach from last year. I hope they do the same this year. Focus on guys in the $250K-$750K range. Quality volume. Trust your scouts, and trust that some of those 16-y/o kids are gonna be terrific in 1-3 years. Feliz and González are great examples. Def better than putting all your eggs in one or two baskets.

I’m most excited for Flores and Jimenez, but yeah, it’s looking like a great roster of high-upside young talent, plus some intriguing recent draftees. Curious to see Zeferjahns and Cannon (at least to start...we’ll see how long they’re in Lowell). I’ll have to catch some games!!

Chavis has now graduated so he won't appear on any updated lists.

What is casas ranked in BA top 100? Anyone else make it? Duran ? Dalbec? chavis? Casas entered at #100 because Eloy Jimenez graduated. It's otherwise tweaks within the top 100 mostly, so still no other Sox. Logan Allen at 84 though.

If I counted right...
There are 45 DSL teams who have hit a total of 145 HRs. Bryan Gonzalez and Albert Feliz have 8 of those. They are tied for the lead with 4 apiece, next closest has 2.
