YPA: 6IP 4H 1ER 0BB 8K
He's been on quite a roll since bumping back down to Lowell.
Also Brayan Bello got hit hard in the third inning but came back to strike out 5 of the last 8 batters he faced.

Not a Sox Prospect, but Jake Mangum is wearing eye black in his headshot and I think that is tremendous. Question, Do you know how Daniel McGrath pronounces his name ?

Lakins with a 5.14 ERA now. He and Feltman have been a huge disappointment this year. Agree on Lakins. Feltman was challenged though. I think everyone talked themselves into him going from 3rd round pick to elite MLB reliever in 12 months. Which, unicorns. In reality he to Double-A in his first full season and has shown some positives. I think he has disappointed only relative to our unrealistic expectations (myself included). What I meant by disappointment regarding Feltman's performance is not related to the fact that he didn't make it to the Majors this year but the total collapse in peripherals going to AA from Advanced A. BB/9 in A+: 2.92 BB/9 in AA: 6.23 HR/9 in A+: 0 HR/9 in AA: 1.62 FIP going from 2.14 to 5.80. You expect the jump to be rough ( a drop of the strikeouts of maybe 1 per 9, a little increase in walks since he's facing more polished hitters, a little bit of a harder contact etc) but this...This is drastic which explains my disappointment.

Over 68.2 IP, Yusniel Padron-Artilles has a 78/18 K/BB ratio.
Jiminez was PH for after 1 AB. Hope he's OK.
Groshan's OPS is up to .768
Rangel is now slashing .405/.531/.514/1.044
Dominic D'Allesandro is slashing .315/.468/.493/.961 and has only 21K to 20BB
Marcus Wilson is only 1 for his last 13
After a 1 for 1 game with 3 BB, Cottam now slashing .264/.389/.427/.816
After a solid June, Lozada has cooled off considerably but is still slashing .247/.307/.407/.715
Chatham's IsoD is now .024 and IsoP .100

Wonder if they are “allowed” to promote song this summer with the naval commitment issues, I read that he is technically stationed in Rhode Island currently... Is there a naval base near Portland? Maybe Sox can realign their affiliates to accommodate his tours of duty. . Looks like, with the additions of Rangel, Groshan and Cottam to the org., Sox may finally have some catching prospects.

I believe that a good portion of the people named McGrath, pronounce it McGraw. Growing up, I knew two unrelated families named McGrath who pronounced it "McGraw". I used to call Daniel "Quick Draw McGrath (pronounced as McGraw)" because that's how I would naturally pronounce it.
From Google search:
McGrath. McGrath or MacGrath derives from the Irish surname Mac Craith and is occasionally noted with a space: e.g. Mark Mc Grath. It is typically pronounced identically to the related surname McGraw in English-speaking countries. In Australia and New Zealand it is pronounced MuhGrah.
He's Australian, not sure how they pronounce McDonald's there.
