I have high ambitions to post threads here, I do, really I do, but then I get lost in the editing. So I'm going to work backwards--here are some shots form July 1, when the Sea Dogs visited Manchester, NH to play the Fisher Cats! Originally I was going to shoot June 30... Pereda tells Bello to stop his warmup. "It's not even raining!" But there would be no game. I came back July 1 to see Bello for real. A few of Brayan Bello. Triston Casas.

Zack Kelly came on to close. ... and also to participate in one of the day's RIVETING stoppages of play because there was some question about what the pitcher touched that he wasn't supposed to touch. A little supervised toweling off and everyone was happy again. It was a happy group filing in, but perhaps no better smile than Ronaldo Hernandez. Have you said what is the primary camera you’re using? Also what sort of lenses are you using?

Have you said what is the primary camera you’re using? Also what sort of lenses are you using? My standard gear includes a Canon 1Dx Mark ii body with a 300mm f/2.8 lens and usually a 1.4x II extender, along with a 7Dii body with a 70-200mm f/2.8 zoom. With the extender the 300mm becomes a 420mm lens and I need the shorter zoom lengths if I end up too close. If not for that my second lens would usually be a 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6, which trades a loss of low light performance for a much wider range of distance--helpful for the outfield. However, that lens also has more problems with shooting through netting, and for both Worcester and Portland I'm mixing shooting from the seats with shooting from the officially designated areas (which in both parks are maybe a little further past first base than I would like). In New Hampshire I can only shoot from the seating bowl. For what it's worth, under each image on the website (https://sittingstill.smugmug.com/) to the far right there's an "Info" button. Clicking that will pull up the technical information about each shot--which camera and lens, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, etc.

Huh. Figured it was Shot on iPhone.
Kidding aside, looking at these again, Casas legit looks terrifying in the box.
