Because they always suck, including the ones in Fenway. Does it still suck when the Sox hit a cheapie? No! But the 348 foot HR is way more aggravating than the 431 foot home run this inning. How does that not make sense?

First appearance in a long while. Wasn't on the ALDS roster. Couldn't pick a better spot to get his feet wet.

Guess they should warm up Taylor if Alvarez had to bat.

Joe Buck: “Should end it” Balls goes 431 feet Also Joe Buck: “Back at the wall, and gone!” When the ball is freaking out of the park To be fair I thought it was an out off the bat

Darwinzon stinks, but it's a 4 run lead, 2 outs. You don't need a pitching change. I am good with this change...Top of the order. Lets not let the ASStros gain any positive momentum for the next game.

They could bring Travis Shaw in to close this out and I wouldn't break a sweat. Cora overworks his favorite relievers

It's a joke that Atlanta was awarded home field advantage against the Dodgers

A homer is a homer. They don't award extra runs for distance. They do award more home runs in stupid ball parks like in Houston. It's like you have a shorter LF than in Fenway with a wall that's less than half as tall. All Fenway wall singles are HR in Houston. I hate cheap home runs caused by stupid ball parks. MLB should have prevented these things. At least in Fenway it has to be very specific kinds of hits that are cheap HR other than generic fly ball to LF in Houston or generic fly ball to RF in Yankee Stadium.

It's a joke that Atlanta was awarded home field advantage against the Dodgers I'll take it. Also, if the Sox face the Braves in the WS, the Sox would host.
