Again, we have them right where want them. Take game 2 and come back to Boston with momentum and home field advantage. It's brilliant and it worked against the Rays, it'll work against the Asstrolls. As planned and the Asstrolls pitching staff is pretty much blown out.

It's a joke that Atlanta was awarded home field advantage against the Dodgers I'll take it. Also, if the Sox face the Braves in the WS, the Sox would host.
Which is weird.

The Sox did what they needed to do and now we have home field advantage. Execute and ball out, the Sox should win.

Great win! In control all the time, making their bullpen work hard in both of these games. We could and probably should have scored more runs out of their arms, but I think we'll get there. Keep on!

To be fair I thought it was an out off the bat And everyone thought Altuve's was gone. One that REALLY fooled me, yesterday's flyout by Shaw. I thought off the bat that it was going deep deep.

The Astros rotation is a hot mess. If Garcia is out, I guess Greinke gets Game 4 and Odorizzi gets Game 6?
The Astros pen has been strong, as I'm excluding Odorizzi because he's one of their starters if Garcia is done.
The Sox have to continue the blueprint of jumping on their starters and hopefully then pen wears out.
Hopefully E-Rod can pitch credibly and so far they've stayed away from Pivetta. They need Sale and Houck to get back on track.

Wonder if Cora's hesitancy to name a Game 3 starter means that he's leaning toward Pivetta for Game 3 over E-Rod, who would start Game 4.

Truly amazing that this team is tied 1-1 in the ALCS with this pitching staff. You have 3 or 4 pitchers (Hernandez being the latest) that look almost unplayable. Hopefully E Rod can go 5 innings.

Just keep hitting the s___ out of the ball and let the rest fall nervously into place.

Lots of comments about this ballpark sucking. I’ve actually been there and it’s an amazing place to see a ballgame. Nice clear sight lines, roomy seats, great concessions. It’s actually a great place to see a game. I get it that you can see a lot of cheap HR’s, but both teams play there at the same time.

I guess we saw that Darwinzon is not ready for prime time yet. That was about as ugly as it gets.

Home team obviously has a huge advantage when their total approach to hitting is designed to take advantage of it. I don't disrespect anything about the stadium other than the absurd dimensions that MLB should have prevented. There should be a minimum amount of linear feet to different parts of the field and a minimum amount of square feet in each section of the outfield.

Have you looked at Houston's pitching staff? Their pen has outpitched ours twice. Also, why did they remove Davis for Darwinzon?

No! But the 348 foot HR is way more aggravating than the 431 foot home run this inning. How does that not make sense? Hank Aaron whacked 755 HRs, a lot of them not majestic. So what? A homer is a homer. They don't award extra runs for distance. Barry Bonds hit 762 HRs, at least 8 of them tainted by steriods.
