nesn.com/2022/04/red-sox-top-prospect-triston-casas-belts-first-home-run-for-woosoThe Worcester Red Sox played the second game of their opening series against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp on Wednesday. In the top of the sixth Triston Casas, who bats third and plays first base for the WooSox, launched an opposite-field home run at 107 mph. The home run was his first of the young season and the second of his now 11-game Triple-A career.

Man, Casas plays some smooth defense at first base. He impressed me with his glove in this series.

Seabold has put 6 base runners on in 8 at bats. He has not been pitching effectively……

I wonder if he's still injured, honestly.
He is so different now since his injury last spring. I feel bad for the guy. I cannot believe he's just dropped this much in effectiveness without any injury. Perhaps he's just working his way back, but I'm fearfull it's something lingering.

Fitzy rockin' the 2.122 OPS... Bogey's future in LF ? Several years before Raffy walks and we're looking at a crowded infield on the horizon. What a day, Fitzy in a groove and buy one get one sale on Reese's peanut butter cups. Pragmatic me now owns 96 double packs.
