Am I the only one who had this problem today?
I went to the website, and only the background and links at the top loaded. I waited a while and no go. I refreshed the page and the page popped up for a second before it refreshed and same problem. Restarted Firefox and same problem. I figured out the page only loads when I click a new link. So to get to this forum I had to click links and the top then go back in my browser.
