So, prognosticators - what happens next? Joe Murray was saying Mac was getting X-Rays after the game? My guess is that they'll say this was injury related. |

New York Giants game will be huge on whether we get one of the top QB's. I think we locked up a top 4 pick this season.

Bill is on and I'm trying extra hard to understand him but it's tough. He's in Frankfurt so he's being nice.
With next week off their focus is now on an even worse team than Colts. Probably beat the NYG. Which I don't want to do. I really don't care who starts at QB but they probably have a marginally better chance with Zappe. He may not get sacked as much.
Stevenson had a nice game and had it been better combined effectively with short passing and made FG's, they would have won.

Yeah that was some borderline yips stuff. He almost threw a pick in the end zone the drive prior on another awful touch pass too iirc |

Special teams was brutal again today. That play call was boneheaded and made no sense whatsoever. However there was also the missed field goal as well as the kickoff return to midfield right after getting the game to 7-6. You have to point the finger today squarely at the offense and more specifically at Mac, but they probably squeeze this game out if the special teams performed. |

Guys the play pats sent everyone was on other teams punter Sanchez and his 69 yard punt. Barringers wasn't that play, his went into endzone for a touch back. He was bombing punts all day. It rolled some, but that was mostly air yards. Guy has a leg.

We basically know what Zappe is. Maybe he can be better than Mac Jones, he's not going to be a starting level QB though. So if you make a change, give Will Greer a try or just stick with Mac Jones, he's doing what you want, losing games for a high pick.

I feel weird about Mac because I still fear him winning them a game for some reason. He flashes and then turns into a pumpkin. With Zappe, who deserves a chance now, I feel like gives the Patriots a better chance to lose every week, including against the Giants. This is going to be an all-time garbage game.

I'm not sure where you are seeing that they only had it for a few hours. Regardless of what happens tonight, this week will end with them having the 3rd pick (with the primary tie breaker being opponents strength of schedule). |
