He's usually the best player on the floor every night. So is Tatum. Not this playoffs.

He certainly has been enough of the time He’s averaging 25-11-5.5 with great defense and was leading the playoffs in +/- lmao

It's crazy the criticism he gets, the moment he has a bad half like white on rice, how often does he follow a bad half with a good half, dam near every time. Bird and Jordan had bad halves too. Haliburton out with a leg injury for rest of game. I'm going to change my pick from a 5 to 6 game series to 4 to 5. Without him they are like Miami without Butler with the D replaced with O. To be fair, that was as bad a half on both sides as you’ll ever see from any player. It most certainly was but many of you criticize him even when he’s playing well, if there’s one thing that’s off.

Bro, Tatum did something in the last round that only LEBRON JAMES did before since the 70s, he led the team in damn near everything. Hate less.

Is Horford hurt or are they just rolling with Hauser given the gap? Bill Simmons called this in his podcast, saying Joe Mazz HAD to play Tatum at the 5 at times. We've been getting a lot of that this 2nd half actually. They are likely smartly resting him… more Tatum at the 5 or Brissett at the 5 against this team makes a lot of sense.

player performances are volatile from half to half and game to game. A 30 ppg scorer isn’t going to score 15 points every single half. That’s why it’s generally good to look at somebody’s averages for the year or at least the playoffs instead of picking apart a small segment of subpar basketball. Seems crazy I know, but it does lead you to conclusions that are not idiotic.

Carlisle giving up on this game with 3 minutes left was a choice

Against bad teams without their best players and none of those line items were that impressive. He just did slightly better in all 3 categories. He wasn't prolific. He was just efficient.

the non superstars bad game is 23/6/5 😂 Yeah, piling up now when the pressures off. Superstars go 9 minutes to end games with 0 points. And again, the Pacers defense is comically bad lol.

Don't know what Carlisle was thinking, no Siakam and starters, waving the white flag with 4 plus minutes left and a 13-point deficit? I don't get it.

Good win, it wasn’t tough down the stretch but they had to work for this one and this team needs that’s to sharpen up.

Loved this game - high energy throughout - minimized the Indy runs, had lots of their own. And we don't have K Por yet. What Holiday and White bring is what is different from last year.
FUN!

Wow Brissett was quietly +18? Hopefully we see more of him and less Hauser.
