Celtics are undefeated on the road also. I have a hard time seeing them losing 2 in a row on the road against them. Pacers were impressive overall in game 1 and have been in the playoffs. I'm thinking the big games played and minutes might catch up to them tonight.

Who is saying that? I mean Felger was even crazy positive after last game. Tatum played a great game and when our coach adjusted took over in overtime. A fair criticism is he was 1 for 7 on iso 3 point shots, you want to see more ball movement and assisted 3 pointers from him. Then again a lot of that is coaching and our coaches system. Like our coach not adjusting to the Pacers leaving Horford open, you certainly don't want Horford taking that many 3 point shots. Bontemps, Perkins, Cowherd etc etc ….def plenty of ppl trashing Tatum. Now they are absolute morons but it is definitely out there If we are talking about things like Twitter/X post, that's going to happen to every player. That's just the current environment we live in, crazy takes gets clicks and that's all certain people want. Not like Luka doesn't have people saying bad things about him also. It's just your X account isn't following those people.

Jay King pointed out Chandler Parsons saying Luka already being better than Larry Bird, and Paul Pierce saying Luka/Kyrie is the best offensive duo ever. I wonder if there are too many former players bouncing around Media, and they are trying too hard to stand out. Because actual real NBA players should know better than this. Especially since we are weeks from wondering if Luka/Kyrie were even feasible together (what happens if they lose one more game in Clippers series) and one season from falling short of PLAY IN.
I tend to limit myself to the analytical commentators (Zach Lowe/KOC types), local sane people (Jay King/Forsberg), and then Bill Simmons podcast (where I've listened to him for years and am used to his schtick). Try to shut out the rest of the noise.

Shaq/Kobe Bird/Mchale Curry/Durant Durant/Weatbrook Magic/Kareem Off the top of my head. I know there are many many more I’m missing.

An argument can be made but not sure Id call it comfortably better… LeBron’s defense was very good which Luka’s is not.

That's ugly basketball for both teams compared to game 1. Have to feel good though.

The Tatum haters must be loving this. Not a good start for him. 1/6 2 TO Let Toppin go baseline with no effort when his help was in the middle of the floor too. Can’t be worse in the second. I’m still feeling okay.

Allowing nearly 60 percent shooting The Pacers have been shooting this way for like 4 games now/ not sure how much of it is letting them do it versus they are good
