Mikey Romero back in the Greenville lineup, leading off and playing SS. Sweetest swing in the Red Sox organization. I hope he stays healthy and rakes.

Romero made good contact in his first AB. Then Campbell hit a liner probably like 104mph right at an OF.
Ingrassia briefly got his season long strikeout rate to 50% after striking out the first two batters of the game. Tonight is the best time to get a look at him thanks to the great Augusta stream.

Perales was 0 R, 1 H, 0 BB, 3K through 2 innings tonight. Running into trouble in the 3rd after a leadoff walk.

Worcester and Portland both lost 1-0. What are the chances of that?

Romero's second PA he hits a ball off the left center wall and ran for a triple. Don't think he hit hardly any balls that well last season.

If I didn't know better, I would say Mikey looks like he been hitting the weights. Looks more solidly built than I remember.

He just better be prepared for an alternate number when he hits Boston.

Jedixson Paez came out of the bullpen for Salem.
Jojo Ingrassia went 58 pitches but struggled with control (4 walks).

Campbell's OPS over 1000 after getting a double on another hard hit ball K rate is coming down too, 31.1% in April, down to 23.9% in May. Quite excited about what he's doing.

I'm not fimilar with Franklin Arias game but how the hell is ranked above Mikey Romero? He’s stayed on the field in the last couple years (well, for him year lol). Was a pretty highly regarded international signing and he performed incredibly well last season

Two run line drive single for Antonio Anderson in the 9th. All he needed was someone in this thread to point out how bad he's been playing

What's the story with Andy Lugo? I think I remember him getting some hype last preseason but he didn't end up playing at all. Now he's been one of the best hitters in the Carolina League his first time playing stateside, but they're batting him 9th behind guys that might not be in affiliated ball next year
