Valdez just had a .290/.380/.597 month so let’s relax on the DFA stuff, he should not be starting over Hamilton though Valdez at DH, bench Masa against the lefty it’s not that hard. Especially with Houck as a GB pitcher |

I don't care about Valdez's woba or last months stats offensively. He is such a butcher in the field it negates any positive offensive attributes he has. He does not belong as a starter on a ML club unless it's solely bat only (DH). Either send him back down or bench him.

I can understand playing Valdez and I can understand the stubborn commitment to the Rafaela experiment at SS, but doing both at the same time is pretty rough.
