Paez didn't piggyback Sandlin yesterday. Wonder if he starts one of the games today instead of Rogers (it's listed as Wehunt and a TBD).

Charlie Zink was placed on the restricted list in the DSL.
Likely for identity theft.*

Arias’s ranks amongst qualified players in the FCL:
OPS: 7th AVG: 15th HR: 16th R: 8th 2B: 2nd BB: 11th SB: 9th OBP: 8th SLG: 8th
He’s among the most well-rounded players in Florida right now and won’t turn 19 until after the season is over. I don’t know what the under the hood metrics are saying about Arias, but he’s tearing up the FCL.
He slashed .232/.389/.339 in May and has put up a 1.103 and .957 OPS in June and July respectively.
There’s only two weeks left in the FCL season anyways, but the Sox pushed Céspedes up before he got hurt, why not do the same with Arias?

Space reasons and 2 weeks isn't going to make a ton of difference. They're also chasing a playoff spot, fwiw.

People writing off/worried about Bleis probably felt the same way about Yorke. Injuries are a big deal. Even the ones which don't require surgery.
