Not be outdone by Red Sox Red putting up 18 runs yesterday, Red Sox Blue matches that today (although I believe it was the finish of the suspended game). But still.

Roman Anthony leading off and playing CF, Kyle Teel batting 5th and catching.
Sounds like Shane Drohan is starting.

Kirwin's (hopeful) start with Salem may be something if it's to be broadcast on milbtv today, which isn't always the case.
How many will skip the Woo Sox game to see it tho? Doubting very many.

They then put up 12 more in the scheduled game. Pretty good for the "B" team. DSL Red, meanwhile, with a rare loss of late. I believe that broke an 8 or 9 game losing streak, but too lazy and busy with other stuff to verify.

Nice grab in CF by Roman.
Did I miss something about Marcelo? Meidroth and Grissom are in MIF, Dalbec @ 3rd.

It looks like Kyle Teel has gone to the same framing school as Connor Wong...he tries to drag every pitch back to the middle of the strike zone. Is that how it's taught? I don't know the first thing about it but it seems incredibly counterproductive.

Dodgers missed the opportunity to get Bolivar an at bat so he was on both sides of the box score. He played in the scheduled game and had a couple of hits.

Was at Salem’s game in Fredericksburg for hopefully the first of a few games this week. 8-1 loss with not a lot of positives to talk about.
Arias struggled to square up the ball and had a few weak grounders and pop ups. He is very confident (if not casual) in the field and made a long running catch in CF with his back to the plate.
Zanetello had one hit in four trips, but did not strike out and only swung and missed one time in the game. Made some decent contact.
Two hits for Anderson but really struggled against high 90s velo late in the game. Anderson and Arias both look like they can still put some more mass on their frames. On the thinner side.
Musset struggles behind the plate. Had two throwing errors that short hopped second base and dropped a few strikes. Did made a nice running catch behind the plate though.
Three singles for Alcantara. None incredibly hard hit, but had some decent oomph behind them.
Best hit of the game was from Yuten who came in for an injured Stanley Tucker. Almost left the yard but settled for a long double off the top of the left field wall.
On the pitching side, Danny Kirwin was 91-93 T94, high 80s cutter, and something in the mid 80s. Couldn’t tell if it was change or breaking ball from my angle, but if it was two separate pitches, they didn’t have any velocity separation. Got 4 swinging strikes apiece from his fastball and offspeed stuff.
Reguillo looked like a low-minors depth arm. 93-94 with the fastball and 86-88 with a breaking ball. Got hit around and looked like a guy with more than twice the amount of walks as strikeouts.
Nathanael Cruz looked as good as I’ve seen him. 93-95 fastball, 87-88 changeup, and 82-85 breaking ball. 6 swinging strikes in two innings.
Max Carlson was 91-92 with the fastball, 79-81 with a pretty good changeup, and 85-87 a couple of times with a slider. Changeup got three swings and misses, all to former #5 overall pick Elijah Green.
