yeah...and people love when their team is winning. Still......we need boots on the ground protecting our turf. I'm generally a big fan of civility, but there is a part of me that misses seeing regular booze fights in the bleachers... I used to watch games at the Toiler in the bleachers, with Sox gear on my person. It made for interesting conversation, to put it mildly. I was with my college friends, who are mostly MFY fans, so it never got to brawling, but I had a haggard old lady knock my brim off my head once. LOL.

Anyways I get being upset that the team's been more or less .500 for three years now, but today's game I don't think should be causing the biggest uproar. Bad luck on batted balls today so far, it happens Point of Order, brother. We don't have the horses. And we haven't had them for the last 5 years. I know it isnt going to make some people happy to read the following, Stars win games. They may not win you World Series, but they definitely win games, all things being equal

So many Philies fans at Fenway. Blood boiling. Please, somebody get me the number of a good shrink. I need help. The downside of the ballpark being a landmark and the city being a summer destination is that it makes a great place for other fans to visit yeah...and people love when their team is winning. Still......we need boots on the ground protecting our turf.

I love the way this team has stayed in the fight for this season, can't doubt the players and coaches committment. However, I am in desperate melancholy stages right now with my beloved Sox. How did we fall this far over the last 5 years ?Lets just hope 5 years doesn't turn into 10. Doesn't sound like it would bother Henry. I don't think that will be the case. I do trust that Henry wants to win, because he has shown a committment to that in the past. But, this is just getting old and I am not used to it after all the success since 2004.

The Phools players are smiling and having the time of their life. That....can't....happen.
I can't take much more.

They say success has many fathers, but failure is an orphan. Well, at this point I would say that failure has many fathers and success in an orphan as it relates to the Sox.
There is no earthly reason to continue to have these kind of seasons with a club with this history and market. I am frustrated having to go through this.
(and I know it is fun watching the young guys get good, but come on, that can happen with fielding a winning club)

Not for nothing on the Dommer play, because he should make it, but how many times do you see a 1B, with his back to the runner, have to catch a throw in foul territory. Valdez has to make a better throw there.

I see you people trying to talk up Dom and I am just not buying it. That was a game killer. people are talking him up vs the Cooper option. I don't see how that is even a discussion. My 2 cents.

after all the postive talk, that happens, but that is a bad throw by Valdez. He has 20 % culpability.

I'm a Yoshida defender but the groundball to second first at bat back is fitting i am not a big backer, but I have to admit I was hoping for it not to happen. There was no reason for me to post about it after he did. lol

The Dommer v. D.B. Cooper ? Not much of a choice as far as who has been better.
Roster fit seems low on the totem pole for a team trying desperately to win games.
