All these first place teams are easy to beat. Although the bullpen hasn't gotten up yet...

I watch these guys throw and I ask myself, with all those draft picks over the last 5 -7 years, we couldn't get one guy who throws like this and develop him, even for our bullpen. I don't get that. Haha, you're seriously complaining about the Sox's player development over the past few years? It's been the only thing they've done well. Maybe you don't read well, but I wasn't complaining about anything. Piss off.

However disappointing the 2010 draft was. 11 made up for it. Did any one say panda defense was not up to par?

Look at that, they took Kelly out at the exact moment they should have, when the lead off hitter is coming up next for the 4th time.

Two outings in a row that they've pulled him after exactly three trips through the order (at least... Don't remember what they did before that).. That's a trend that I appreciate.

Panda purposely built his body to cushion the belly flop in making diving lateral plays. we have a new closer - for the rest of 2015

Good win. Props to Kelly for a solid outing that put minimal stress on the bullpen.

Hey, if that was close because of the heel or whatever other nagging leg injuries he has, then I apologize. But I'm so used to seeing him pimp his homeruns that I assumed that's what happened and was why he nearly got thrown out.

I actually thought you were going to respond that if he got nicked up night before, and with his legs already "so F****d up", why didn't he just get rest and the whole game off, rather than rolling him out there in top of the 9th...and whether it was more for padding the lead, or more for keeping Papi happy, by padding another game towards triggering another bonus, since it appears it may be a bit snug getting to all his incentives.

Tremendous win today. Congrats to kelly. He is really starting to become a pitcher and not so much a thrower and the results are encouraging, the mixing of the pitches is much better than earlier this year.
Seems like every game over the past two weeks, a different hitter is having a good game. Which I think is a sign of a good hitting team.

With our young core guys on the field, the defense is really really good. Fun to watch.
